ESCHER PARKING GARAGE It is a multi-tiered, precast, prestressed, reinforced concrete structure. The challenge is: once you are in (easy), finding your way out (arduous). Going up a ramp brings you to the same level. Going up a ramp brings you to a lower level. Going down a ramp brings you to the same level. Going down a ramp brings you to an upper level. You park for free if you exit without attendant assistance.
