RANDOM

I

You kissed me on the corner

Of Thompson and snow.

Rain would have been perfection.

But who are we

To second-guess the elements?

II

I am three months pregnant

With Joe Orton's love child.

Some twisted play

On the immaculate Conception.

Well, not really,

But I have gained weight and

Can relate to Joyce in

The Ruffian On The Stair.

III

I can't appreciate Hemingway.

Am I the only one?

His short spurts of nothing

And minimalist crap

Already done by Freeman who

Never gets any credit

Because of men like Hemingway

Who shoot women and old people.
